This program combines running, strength and conditioning (S&C), and boxing skills workouts to help you maintain fitness, refine your skills, and reduce injury risk during the off-season. With a focus on aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, building strength and power, and sharpening fundamental boxing techniques, this program will re-energise you and prepare you mentally and physically for the upcoming season.

- Running: Develop and maintain aerobic and anaerobic conditioning.
- Strength & Conditioning (S&C): Build and maintain strength, power, and muscular endurance.
- Boxing Skills: Retain and refine boxing technique, footwork, and timing.

- Monday: Running (Interval Training) + Boxing Skills
- Tuesday: Strength & Conditioning (Full Body)
- Wednesday: Running (Tempo Runs) + Boxing Skills
- Thursday: Strength & Conditioning (Full Body)
- Friday: Running (Long Slow Distance) + Boxing Skills
- Saturday: Active Recovery (Light Shadow Boxing, Mobility Drills, Stretching)
- Sunday: Rest
