No Ring Required is a progressive 4-week program built for experienced boxing enthusiasts who want to level up their skill, fitness, and mindset from home, entirely on their own.

 

This plan mirrors a professional fight camp structure: 5 days per week of two daily sessions (AM & PM), each targeting key areas like boxing technique, footwork, conditioning, strength, power, and recovery. Saturdays feature a focused technical/conditioning session, while Sundays are reserved for structured recovery.

 

Important Requirements

This program is best suited for individuals who:

  • Have foundational boxing experience (you should already know how to throw basic punches, move efficiently, and understand basic defence)

  • Are comfortable with training solo (there is no partner or coach guiding you through sessions)

  • Are capable of self-discipline and self-assessment to stay accountable over 4 structured weeks

 

Required Equipment

To complete this program, you’ll need access to:

  • A heavy bag

  • A skipping rope

  • A pair of light dumbbells

  • A medicine ball

  • Space for shadow boxing

  • A place to run (outdoors, treadmill, or track)
